Avenue of the Stars
Starting before the luncheon, guests are invited to stroll through the Avenue of the Stars, an interactive and thought provoking showcase featuring the award winning work of the Silver Star Award recipients and other businesses and organizations that are impacting our community in a unique and positive way. The exhibit will close at Noon for the luncheon and then re-open immediately following the event. Show case your organization in the Avenue of the Stars.

Nominate a Silver Star
Truckee Meadows Tomorrow honors individuals and organizations with Silver Stars for measurably improving the community’s 33 quality of life indicators. Anyone can nominate a Silver Star. The 2009 nomination process begins March 1 and closes April 30. Only online nominations will be accepted. The 2009 honorees will be announced in July. Please join us at ATP on October 9, 2009 to celebrate the new Silver Star winners at the 11th anniversary Accentuate the Positive event. Making a Genuine Difference Award
In 2005, Truckee Meadows Tomorrow, in conjunction with Renown Health presented the first perpetual Making a Genuine Difference Award to an individual whose “lifetime” commitment to quality of life in the Truckee Meadows has gone above and beyond. Past winners include:
