Truckee Meadows Tomorrow To Hold Candidate Forum In Key Political Races
TMT will conduct a candidate forum consisting of an informal reception for the public to mingle and speak with candidates involved in key Reno, Sparks and Washoe County races, as well as State Senate and Assembly races. Candidates will also participate in a formal candidate discussion moderated by KNPB’s Michael Haggerty in the KNPB studio before a live audience, which will be taped for future broadcast on KNPB.
TMT has developed 33 Quality of Life Indicators that represent the values and issues that matter most to Truckee Meadows residents, developed with extensive input from citizens throughout our community in 2006, will be driving the content of the discussion and questions at the candidate forum. The public is encouraged to submit questions for candidates around these indicators by filling out this form. Many of these questions will be used during the formal candidate discussion.
