      <description>&lt;p&gt;A coalition of agencies, nonprofits, businesses, school districts, financial institutions and individuals has formed the Financial Stability Partnership to further the financial stability of families and individuals in Northern Nevada.&amp;nbsp; This Partnership (housed at the United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra) is focusing on supporting programs and services that encourage people to save, improve their credit, reduce debt, receive tax credits and access opportunities such home ownership and entrepreneurship.&amp;nbsp; In order to better understand the community and identify resources, needs and gaps in the region that pertain to asset development, the Partnership is conducting a short survey.&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=d_2fazAxXW0fOkjmTF2GFHjg_3d_3d&quot;&gt;Please follow this link&lt;/a&gt; and complete the survey by September 25.
