Dave Kary and George Tackett, Sparks Rotary, were caught in the act of improving our community’s quality of life by leading and completing the Sparks Rotary’s Dictionary Project in 2008 to donate a dictionary to every third grader in Washoe County.

Through their work, Dave and George have positively impacted the Education and Lifelong Learning:  literate community indicator.
