Mike Kelly, Urban Forester, City of Sparks Parks & Recreation, was caught in the act of improving our community’s quality of life through all of his efforts in keeping Sparks’ open space and river areas clean and full of healthy trees.

Through his work, Mike Kelly has positively impacted the Natural Environment Indicators as well as the Civility & Neighborhood Pride Indicator.
