Andre Stigall, Senior Administrative Analyst, City of Sparks Parks & Recreation, was caught in the act of improving our community’s quality of life for the outstanding job she has done in promoting and involving the public in Sparks Parks & Recreation projects and events, and for raising public awareness about open space issues.

Through her work, Andre Stigall has positively impacted the Natural Environment Indicators as well as the Civility & Neighborhood Pride Indicator.
