TMT Elects New 2006 Officers and Board Members

Entering its 13th year, Truckee Meadows Tomorrow (TMT) announced its officers for 2006 and board members elected at TMT’s recent annual meeting. 

Officers elected for 2006 include: President, Trip Barthel, Neighborhood Mediation Center; President-elect/VP, Zanny Marsh, Sanford Center for Aging; Secretary, Susen Speth-Briganti, Saint Mary’s; Treasurer, Mike Hix, First Independent Bank of Nevada; and Past President, Kathy Carter, Washoe County.

Newly elected to their first term as board members are: Juanita Chrysanthou, Truckee Meadows Committee College; Betsy Dickinson, Microsoft Licensing; Christine Fey, City of Reno Arts & Culture; Cheryl Hearn, Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce; Kelsey Piechocki, United Way of Northern Nevada & the Sierra; and Cherie Williams, Reno/Sparks Realtors Association.

Re-elected to a second term are: Pat Miller, KNPB Channel 5; Steve Mulvenon, Washoe County School District; and Lynn Warne, Washoe Education Association.

Continuing board members, second year of a three-year term are:  Christi Cakiroglu, George Graham, Brett Kandt and Michael Moreno; and continuing their third-year:  LaVonne Brooks, Gail Conkey, Joyce Decker and Gail Hurd.  Also continuing as ex-officio is Elisa Maser and emeritus is Lynn Atcheson.
