Truckee Meadows Tomorrow Announces New Executive Director

TMT has a new executive Director! Karen Hruby, Phd, will be joining the organization in this capacity and she brings with her a wealth of knowledge, community relationships and vision to this position.
Hruby has broad project management experience and has worked with a multitude of non-profits and government agencies. She has performed non-profit organizational audits, grant writing, team management, organization assessment and performance reviews and process improvement, all of which will be invaluable as TMT transitions to its next phase.
Hruby also has strong research, analytical and computer skills. In addition, she teaches Strategic Planning in the Non-Profit Management Certification Program at UNR.
Hruby is expected to be a great asset to the organization.
