Continuing their terms on the board are Bonnie Fleischer Drinkwater, Lis Garcia, Marla Hummel, Beth Macmillan, Elisa Maser, Pat Miller, Steve Mulvenon, Rick Nollenberger and Becky Stock.

Appointed to co-chair positions were Kerri Garcia and Estela LeVario Gutierrez, Adopt An Indicator; Lis Garcia and Trip Barthel, Quality of Life Compacts; Lynn Atcheson, Accentuate the Positive; Beth Macmillan and Rick Nollenberger, Membership; and Pat Miller and Marla Hummel, TMT in ‘04 and Beyond.

TMT, as a membership organization, is also announcing its 2003 membership drive for both individual and corporate members.  Annual memberships are now available and various levels are offered.  Complete information is available on the organization’s website at http://www.quality-of-life.org or by calling TMT’s message line at 982-4325.

Entering its 10th year, TMT identifies, monitors and reports on quality of life issues in the Truckee Meadows.  The voluntary adopt an indicator and quality of life compact programs work to improve a number of local issues.  The organization celebrates success at the Accentuate the Positive event, set for October 17 later this year.  TMT’s annual well being report will be a part of the Reno Gazette Journal’s “Nevada Living” this year.  This report addresses indicators and illustrates whether the community is improving or needs to exert additional effort on an issue.  TMT has been supported by an initial $750,000 grant from Washoe Medical Center.
