Updated 2/5/19

Families with incomes too high for Medicaid and too low to afford private insurance, can cover children less than 18-years in Nevada Check Up.  Income levels up to 200% of the federal poverty level may qualify. Income and family size determine quarterly premiums. Number of children enrolled in Nevada Check Up is reported by January of each year.
