Surveying what major community transformations have made a positive impact in your life, living, and working in the region, suggest new or innovative programs that improve the community and contribute to the long-term viability of the economy, while also removing barriers to greater creativity for responsible citizens building vital communities.
Thanks to Artown, the Riverwalk District and the Reno Aces ballpark (and new Freighhouse District), Men’s Journal Magazine listed Reno in their top 25 best places to live in 2010. The magazine also listed Reno’s old southwest neighborhood, as one of the best in the west in 2009 (see the latest national rankings for the region).
