Data Architect & Storyteller
TMT is hiring a Data Architect & Storyteller to help lead our next chapter of community impact.
This role sits at the intersection of data, design, and narrative, turning complex information into clear, trustworthy stories about how our region is doing and where it’s headed.
You’ll lead custom data projects, steward data integrity, and translate insights into visuals and written content that community leaders, partners, and residents actually understand and use.
You’ll also serve as staff liaison to TMT’s Data Advisory Group (DAG), a volunteer team that helps ensure accuracy and credibility. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes ownership, variety, and community impact.

Salary range: $60,000–$70,000
